The Conference for HR Professionals... Like, Actually!

Most HR conferences focus on HR as a function.

And yes, of course these topics are hugely important. These events are valuable.

But while they’re ‘HR conferences’— are they really for HR? Or are they just about HR?

This event isn't about HR as a function.
It's about HR as a career - your career.

HR is often a career with a whole lotta giving and not much taking. Where's the space to focus on you? Your growth? Your confidence? Your wellbeing? Your success?

Who is HR for HR?

This question is what led me to create the HRHQ platform, and now create this event - just for us.

It's not about just helping your organisation succeed.
It's about helping you succeed. Because when you grow, your impact grows. And impact is our ultimate measure of success.

You’re here to grow, push boundaries, and elevate both your career and reputation. You know there’s more for you to achieve, and you’re ready to step into your full potential.

You’re ready to stop doubting yourself and start fully owning your expertise. You want to be recognised as a true partner, someone whose insights aren't just heard, but sought after.

You’re ready to take your skills, mindset, and leadership to the next level so you can make a real difference in your workplace and be the HR professional everyone remembers.

You know proximity is power. You want to be in the room with like-minded HR professionals who get itwho face the same challenges and have the same ambitions.

You’re ready to take your place as a key strategic driver in the business. You’re not just here to execute policies and processes—you want to shape them.

You’re ready to level up your mindset and resilience, navigating HR’s toughest challenges with more confidence and leading others with calm and clarity.

Not just another HR event - This is the one that's been missing.
