This program isn’t just for those with the title ‘HR Advisor’. No – by definition, an ‘Advisor’ is someone who gives advice about a subject. So, if you work in HR, and give advice as part of your role – you’re an Advisor!
It doesn’t matter whether you’re;
– A junior HR professional excited by the prospect of becoming an Advisor, but a little daunted by the learning curve ahead
– A new HR Advisor settling into the role and determined to start strong and make an impression
– An experienced Advisor who maybe feels they aren’t quite contributing the value they aspire to provide or are pursuing a Business Partner role.
– In a more senior HR role but sense that your advising skills may be hindering your ability to drive action and change
Advisor Academy can support you on your journey.
This is a group coaching program that runs for 6 months.
LEARNING CONTENT: All training content is available immediately inside your online portal. You can work through the modules over 6 months, at your own pace and on your own schedule.
GROUP COACHING: Each fortnight, you can jump on a zoom call with Lisa and others in the program. This is your space to ask questions, get live coaching, workshop real situations, and deepen your understanding of the content as you apply it in practice. (Please note live calls resume 11 February after the Summer Holidays)
You can start immediately after enrolling. Your six months of coaching access begins from the date you join, so there’s no need to wait for a fixed start date. (Please note live calls resume 11 February after the Summer Holidays)
There are two fortnightly call options available on Wednesdays — 12:00pm or 8:00pm (NZST).
Attendance is optional, and Lisa will be online for an hour so you can drop in anytime. These two times are offered to accommodate different time zones and those who can’t step away during the workday. (Please note live calls resume 11 February after the Summer Holidays)
That’s completely fine. Attendance at the live sessions is optional. They’re designed as added support and space for real-time questions, not as required content. You won’t miss any core learning if you can’t attend.
You can join as many calls as you like during your six months in the program, and you’ll still have ongoing access to support through the online forum at any time.
Yes! Some of my other programs are specific to New Zealand employment law, but there will be no law or legislation specific discussions inside here so you can join no matter where in the world you are.
If you choose a payment plan, the total cost is split into equal monthly payments over the selected period.
Credit card: Your card will be automatically charged each month until the full amount is paid.
Invoice: You’ll receive a monthly invoice for each instalment.
At the end of the 6 months, although you won’t be able to attend the live calls, you’ll still have lifetime access to the module content and any future updates to it. ‘Lifetime’ refers to the lifetime of the program – you’ll have access as long as Exceed HR continues to run this program and guaranteed for at least one year.
Yes, once you have finished the program you can request a completion certificate. Please note though, completing Advisor Academy does not provide you with any formally recognised qualification or certification.
