How do I become more strategic in my role? How do you step back and look at the overall picture when you’re mostly working in the detail? For example, if one dept had lots of lateness I can identify that and say we need to address this, but that seems more REactive rather than PROactive. Or is that all it is?
Each month Lisa will host a short 30 minute session where we will answer and discuss 1-2 member submitted questions.
Depending on the topic, we will also bring in subject matter experts where possible.
