Monthly Q&A

This month’s question is:

“After you have done an engagement survey, what do you then do with all that information and how do you use it to take action? – it often feels like a waste of time as nothing really happens!”

Each month Lisa will host a short 30 minute session where we will answer and discuss 1-2 member submitted questions.

Depending on the topic, we will also bring in subject matter experts where possible.
