In this session Lisa will take you through the ‘DOPE’ personality profiling activity that you can then take back to your business.

I have run this with numerous times, and even at a few conferences with large groups, it is intended to be light-hearted and a bit of fun, but most importantly it is a really good learning about the importance of understanding everyone has different styles and this should impact how we interact and comunicate with each other.

Note: Whilst this is intended to be just a bit of fun, if you are looking for something more reputable and have the budget, I would definitely recommend DISC profiling or similar. This one is just really a good team building activity and always resonates well with participants.
